Answer: I’m based in Salt Lake City and serve SLC International Airport, Park City, Deer Valley, Lehi, Provo, Ogden, and all of the Wasatch Front. Multi-city charters available for World Cup 2026 to Denver, Las Vegas, and LA.Question: How far in advance should I book?
Answer: For SLC Airport transfers: 24 hours preferred, but I take last-minute if available. For World Cup 2026, hourly charters, or events: book 2+ weeks out. June-July 2026 is already booking fast.Question: What’s your cancellation policy?
Answer: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours: 50% charge. No-shows charged full fare. World Cup bookings require 50% deposit, refundable up to 30 days before.Question: Are you licensed and insured?
Answer: Yes. I’m a CDL Class B chauffeur with Passenger Endorsement, DOT medical certified.Question: What vehicle will I get?
Answer: You’ll ride in my 2024 Chevrolet Suburban RST - All Black. 7-passenger, leather captain’s chairs, WiFi, bottled water, USB-C charging. Detailed before every trip.Question: Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Answer: Yes. I monitor your flight and adjust for delays. Includes 60-min grace period after landing + curbside meet & greet with your name on a sign.Question: Do you provide car seats or allow pets?
Answer: I don’t provide car seats due to liability - you’re welcome to install your own. Small pets in carriers are OK with advance notice. Service animals always welcome.Question: How do I pay? What about gratuity?
